Ms. Codex 992 - [Property inventory]
Written possibly in Flanders, Belgium, in 1559 CE, this manuscript features a detailed inventory of 34 properties in eastern Flanders. One property, which would have been the second in the list, has been removed. It also possesses a contemporary blind-stamped calf with two decorative straps across the spine and one strap with a buckle to fasten flap. Isn’t it very nice?
