Business teacher Zylmaidra Nelson ends up butting heads with Ms. Whipp when her daughter Pima is caught wandering about the school. Mr. Stern comes across the two during their confrontation and decides to settle the matter himself.

Wynetta Whipp, the headmistress of Red Wood’s brother school, Blue River Academy. A strict and unyielding woman who once worked for Red Wood academy as the Coordinator of Discipline. To help teach her Blue River students responsibility and discipline, she and Stern formed an arrangement in which their students share a few joint classes. Although they agreed Stern would ultimately be the higher authority of the two, she is not above taking up the previous forms of discipline she used at Red Wood on its female students.

Whipp enters the halls of Red Wood once more for a meeting with Stern, and is quick to pick up some of her old habits.

Glad you like her! Yeah, I was going for a sort of domineering/switch type of characters with her lol. Bit of a contrast to Ms. Mellow and someone who's respected enough to wrangle in the Blue River boys (even if she can't used the same methods she'd relish in at Red Wood).
