本报讯（见习记者郭立锋通讯员：王光前林帅）空调修了一年竟然还没修好。近日，在工商部门的帮助下，黄女士终于换到了一部新空调。

据了解，去年7月，黄女士在马尾君竹路某电器商场购买了一台海尔变频空调，售价7200元。空调安装好进行调试时，黄女士发现，该空调开机运行几分钟后便会自动关机，根本无法正常使用。技术员当场表示会立即帮助解决此故障。此后，每隔几天就会有维修员上门修理，但问题一直没有得到解决。无奈之下，黄女士向工商部门投诉。

据了解，黄女士曾要求商家为自己换部新空调，商家称需要先让青岛海尔总部派技术员鉴定后才能换机。

在马尾工商部门的调解下，商家于今年8月27日为黄女士更换了一台新空调，黄女士对此表示满意。
