I've always wondered what being Mushroomized feels like. Is it horrifying like cordyceps, where you're aware of your actions but stripped of the autonomy to stop them? Or is it more like a high of sorts, where everything is funny and your actions make sense to you in that state but once you snap out of it, you realize that you've been doing weird stuff like wearing your underwear as a hat?

While even there they don't have a lot of development, I feel like the characters in Mother/Mother 3 had more personality than the characters in Mother 2. Maybe it's just me loving more Lloyd than Jeff though

I dont understand why some folks feel the need to insert bigotry (namely homophobia) into the earthbound universe, especially since it goes against what Itoi intended. The fact that homophobia gets forced into the universe, usually in the context of JeffTony, feels weirdly fetishistic. Just let a couple of gay kids be happy and in peace, y'know?

I associate colors with basically everything in my life and I associate Mother with red, Mother 2 with yellow and Mother 3 with blue

There's days where I wonder what does the Mr. Saturn's coffee and the Tenda's tea taste like. Actually, Mother themed coffees/teas is something I really want to see now...

I'm really thankful to Earthbound because it's such an inspiring franchise. I hope the games will be at least ported to the Nintendo Switch Online's emulators

Is it me or does Mother 1 really has a great bass in the music, even if it's NES music?
