I wish we got to do more with Princess Lumi, i wish there was more to her story . I love the idea of it being its own little plot line of helping her make something more than just being a runaway, considering you (and the portia builder, kinda) dealt with the threat in the first place.
I wanna see her little rat kingdom, scrambled together with whatever they could find but slowly becoming more and more coherent, its foundation solidifying with the newfound help . Throw in the geeglers rebuilding their reputation and you have a whole ass mutant community coming together.
this canon can fit so much hopecore in it, so much lovecore and communitycore.

Amelie -> Lumi : Deeply protective of her but not smothering. Its a little bit of a careful dance and Amelie hesitates a lot, worried about discouraging Lumi with her concerns. She is incredibly gentle with her which, frankly, both of them are a little unused to. Amelie wants to make herself into someone Lumi can turn to when she needs, so that she might never be alone.
Lumi -> Amelie : Her closest confidant, her most trusted "knight" even if they are just formalities. When Lumi first met Amelie, she thought of every princess she had ever read about, about every princess she dreamed of being. Amelie was the picture-perfect example of a princess, regal, even with her less-than-polished attire. She was intimidating, for a moment, like she would be the same as her stepmother. Lumi quickly learned that Amelie and her lived very similar lives, and because of that, cares for her in a way that only she could understand.
Calix -> Lumi : Loves her to bits, shes a person to share his excitement with. She shares a curiosity with him that feels younger than they are. While not as protective of her as Amelie, Calix's ability to protect her is nothing to scoff at. Though he likes that Lumi prefers to put his brawn to more practical uses, like rebuilding a place for them (and others) to live, and gathering supplies so they might thrive together. (hes also probably the one who brings her the Logan posters, not entirely sure why she wants them)
Lumi -> Calix : Her closest friend. His joy is something she desperately needs some days, and his stories from the surface are always something she looks forward to. If Amelie keeps her safe, then Calix keeps her grounded. Its the constant feeling of being known, of being remembered, that he excels in making her feel. I got this for you, because it made me think of you! or I remembered you were mentioning this before! He is always so blindly willing to listen to her ideas and help with them, regardless of whatever its about.
