⊗ : What is something that causes them to question themselves?
….Currently, or ever? ‘Cause we can go back to the whole stuck on this earth because of love, that’s something where Jae has just been like ‘what the fuck, self. why.’ But other than that, I mean… Jae’s kind of dumb. He doesn’t think things very thoroughly, so it’s more like whatever makes sense on the spot is what’s right. And maybe I’ll regret it later, but hey, I’m a ghost. I got all the time in the world.
they were both drunk, mind clouded with alcohol, and lust.the night was supposed to end like this, but sometimes, things just happenednaturally. though byul wasn’t as drunk as hyejin must be—alcohol doesn’t haveany effect on byul anymore, but her mind was filled with lust. it was hyejin’sfault really, the way she dances on the dancefloor, the way she sway her hipsas she run her hand through byul’s body, bodies touching almost everywhere. shecouldn’t take it longer, and so, she acted on her desires after a few morehours of holding back.
and that’s why they ended up on byul’s apartment, bodiespressing each other, her both hands cupping the other’s cheeks as she kissedher roughly, they mindlessly walked further while kissing each otherhungrily—until they landed on the bed, with byul taking in control as she laidon top of the other. she pulled back, before she gave the other a few pecks onthe other’s swollen lips. her lips further travelled downwards, byul placedsoft kisses on her cheek, chin, jawline—down to her neck where she stopped. shecould feel hyejin’s both hands securing around her neck, probably letting hertake in full control.
her hand slowly began to unbutton the other’s buttoned, slowly slipping one button out of it’s respective holes as she started to sucka part of her neck, licking, even biting before she proceed to suck it oncemore, wanting to leave a mark on a dangerously visible part. as soon as she successfullyunbuttoned her shirt, she just left it open. byul started to move her lips oncemore, this time she went for the other’s chest, her lips leaving wet kisses onthe trails.
she let her hands slid down to her sides, admiring everyinch of her curves as she leaned closer to the other’s chest, slowly leavingsoft kisses in between her clothed breasts. she gaze the other seductively, taking her sweet time to admire the view from down there really-- a sly smirk curls on the corner of her lips.
Why did someone keep giggling? It was so annoy--Oh wait. Oh...wait. Was that Hyosung? It was she realized with another giggle. Why was she giggling? She couldn’t remember. Hwasa had taken Hyosung out drinking for the first time in her (comparative to other species) young life. One too many drinks later, and it was easy to tell what kind of drunk Hyosung was. A mean one? Nope. A loud one? Not really. A flirt or giggly one? Yeah, pretty much.
Hwasa’s face swam into view above her, slightly exasperated and amused. She was saying something, but what was it? Yah, Hyosung, get up. Get up? But she wasn’t down! Her arms stretched out and she grabbed onto her friends face, pulling her closer with a cry of “Spiderman!” before lifting her own head up and giving her friend a sloppy, half-on the mouth, half-on the cheek kiss. It lasted maybe a second before Hyosung was back to laughing, hands dropping to cup her own face, now content to press her cheeks back together making fish faces as her friend rolled her eyes and waited for Hyosung to either calm down or pass out.
Leaning against the back wall of the yoga studio, Hyosung waited impatiently. The class was supposed to start ten minutes ago, but the instructor had been too busy flirting with her boyfriend to bother getting everyone started with even a warm-up routine. She couldn't complain too much though since the class was free, but the enthusiasm she had walked in with was considerably depleted. With another exaggerated sigh, Hyosung discreetly scanned the room until her eyes fell upon a girl who was sitting on her mat with obvious boredom and disdain scrawled across her face. So there was someone else feeling like Hyosung. With a smile, she picked up her rolled up mat and sashayed over next to the girl, confidently rolling her blue and green mat next to the others. Once it was smooth, she sat down and stretched her legs out in front of herself, glancing at the other peripherally. "In about five more minutes I'll just go up and teach the darn class myself." She somewhat joked, a tinge of truth lacing her words as she started to reach forward to grab onto her toes.
the ruby droplets cascading down exposed legs stain the white of the rose bushes she rushed through. her feet aren’t fast enough compared to the four legged creature trailing her every step, the fury of it’s growls intensified by her ability to dodge acute claws, which in turn reached for her jugular. a yelp attempts to flee the back of her throat but a entrenched grasp detains even her ability to respire.
she awakens with a choked breath, tears dwelling at the brim of amber pupils. the nightmare haunts her even years after the first change.
aches of the past full moon remain, rallying her retracting muscles in creaks of agony, excruciating reminders: that morphing still provided nearly sinful pain when her bones would stretch into abnormalities, allowing for the caged beast laying in the pits of herself to explore freedom, on the awful times the moon would shine fully upon the night sky of busan.
whimpers croak out of parched tiers. dehydration practically tangible through her core.
yet the comforts of fluffed cushions beneath soothe her. what would usually be a bed of grass bellow a weeping willow tree as the sunrise peeks through it’s drowsy leaves, is replaced by warmth that staple her frame in the chilly mornings of september. confusion consumes her; per usual her memory is extinct once transformed. unable to sedate the monster that overpowers all senses. she feels at a loss when the smell of pastries tickle her nostrils teasingly. where is the first word that forms and how is the second.
this is not the habitat the reoccurring nightmare would end in and it instantly frightens her, chest heaving heavily; temples pulsating irrationally. she sits up much too quickly, searching for a sign of life, the covers set atop her held tightly to her naked chest with nothing short of shock.
