A thought occurred to me. For the Muddleburg stories, once Penn gets his MUHU back does he start calling his parents for villain advice like Canon Penn does for hero advice? Like in Babypocalypse and Balls!

Indeed he does!

For villain advice or to simply strike up a chit-chat, he misses them so dearly, and they do the same. Even though this is a swap-type AU, I can't bring myself to write his parents like Canon Rippen's. That would be too miserable! So instead, they're just evil and don't attempt to talk Penn out of his negative emotions and let him stew in it. (That's why his anger issues are waaaay more prominent)
