I recently created 2 paintings for engagement gifts of the locations of where the proposals happened. 💍 I thought this was such a lovely idea as a gift and since the paintings have now been received by the couples I wanted to share them with you. This one is of "Diarmuid & Grainne's Cave, Mullagmore". It's 6 x 8" on wood with gold enamel painted sides. I like to add symbology into my paintings when I can so I put 2 connected circles on the bottom right to symbolise the wedding rings and also circles are a symbol of oneness and unity. I have also placed the initials of the couple as graffiti on the old ruins of the house.
