So, I'm currently (taking a break) writing the first chapter of my story that I will post on AO3. I'm excited but nervous since I haven't written a multi-chapter story in a long time. It's...going to be a long series. Not sure how many chapters there will be, but I already know what the ending's going to be like, so that's something to look forward to.
Of course, it's an Undertale story, so you'll definitely be able to see your favorite skeletons~! ♥
I just hate that it took me a while to start writing it and write a decent amount. My rusty skills in writing are showing for sure.
I'll post a link to my AO3 when I complete the first chapter, but I wanted to give you all a heads-up on what to expect.
“It was a long time ago, longer now than it seems, in perhaps a place you’ve seen in your dreams...”
Introducing my little origin story for my OC Allie Skellington.
(All OC’s belong to me. All other character’s belong to Tim Burton.)
Chapter ONE
It was a cold December evening as Jack and Sally sat together on Spiral Hill, breaking in their new winter coats Sally had sewn. Hands intertwined as they gazed at the stars twinkling above the snow covered graveyard. Marking yet another anniversary of the frightful couple.
After Jack's holiday fiasco, it was now tradition for Santa Clause to cast a gentle blanket of snow across Halloween Town on his yearly sleigh ride, a gesture of peace and respect.
It had been years now since Jack Skellington fully realized his feelings for his dearest friend and love, and yet it still felt as if everything had only happened yesterday.
Leaning down slightly, he placed a kiss at the corner of her temple. Releasing a contented sigh from her lips, as she re-adjusted herself to rest her head on his shoulder.
This is perfect. Jack thought. Relieved he that didn't have to worry about making plans for next Halloween yet. Although I'm sure the Mayor will be knocking on my door in two or three months.
Pushing thoughts of the future away, Jack let his mind drift back into the past. Back into that fateful moment all over again in Oogie's treehouse lair.

"How did you get down here Sally?"
Jack asked, as she came out from her hiding spot amongst the shadows. Concern and curiousness in his voice. He still felt the adrenaline pulsing in his bones after the battle.
Did Oogie lure her down for some evil purpose? Or worse kidnap her? He thought rapidly. I knew Oogie was a rotten sack of bugs from the very beginning, but this?
Anger started to boil up again at the minutes old memory of his dearly beloved strapped down and about to become ashes. But then joy and relief quickly whispered to him that Sally was still here and stitches intact, before his anger could really start boiling over.
"Well I wanted to-to-to..."
She stuttered. Her hands subconsciously clasped together, fingertips rotating from digging into knuckles to playing with the small stitches at her wrists.
For a brief second Jack thought he saw Sally blush but she quickly turned away from him.
"To help me." He finished for her.
"Well I couldn't let you just-"
She stammered. Flustered by her own feelings. For months she dreamed, wanted to tell Jack exactly how she felt about him. To fully share in the emptiness they both felt inside. But something always stopped her.
And now Jack is finally here, listening, with nothing else between us.
"Sally..-"
Reaching out to rest a comforting hand on her shoulder, Jack turned Sally back to face him. Amazement, admiration and love in his eyes as he looked back at her longly.
How could I have been so blind?
"I can't believe I never realized that you-" He started to speak, but was rudely interrupted by a search light cutting through the darkness of where they stood.
Shielding their faces from the harsh light, the pair looked up to see that Oogie's boys and the Mayor had come with a rope to rescue them. Leaving Sally again to wonder if they would ever end up together.
_______________
"Jack, what do you think about having a baby?"
Sally seemingly asked out of the blue. Pulling him out from his thoughts and memories. Hesitant to share her new dream and desire.
"I mean, I know we can't- We're not human in a sense but...-"
Pulling her hands out of his, she began picking at her stitches.
Originally when the thought, the idea of having a family first came to mind, Sally wasn't sure. She was happy enough just to share a home with her beloved Pumpkin King. Happy to have her freedom. But after watching and seeing the way human parents interacted with their kids from the witches' cauldron, she couldn't help but feel her heartstrings pull and tug with new possibilities.
Daydreams of Jack walking around the town square with his son sitting on his shoulders. Or thoughts of teaching her daughter how to sew. Taking family walks in the woods.
I want a child of my own too. Sally wished.
"Sally, I would love to have a baby with you." Jack answered. Pulling her in for a warm embrace and sweet kisses across her face. Tomorrow would be the start of something new.
