yo what’s happening?

I’m hosting another exchange!! I know it’s been a lil while but I missed hosting and some people missed joining, so here we go again. :^)

so, what is it?

a gift exchange!! you’ll be assigned a person to create a gift for, and a different person will create one for you as well!!

cool. what does multi entail?

WELL all of my previous exchanges were exclusively for the andi mack fandom, and considering the fact that the show has ended but two other shows rose in its ashes, I thought it would be nice to include them as well!!

yeah, but what are the other shows?

radical. do I have to watch all three shows to participate?

nope!! if you watch at least one of the shows (reminder: andi mack, doafp, and/or hsmtmts) you can feel free to join and you’ll receive a gift based on whatever you’re interested in!!

uh does that mean I have to create a gift based on all three shows?

also nope!! you’re only required to create one gift for someone, and whatever that gift is will be up to you—as long as it involves at least one thing that they’re interested in!!

understood. how do I sign up?

you can submit a form here until april 17th!! after that, you’ll get a dm from me on april 19th about who you’ll be creating a gift for so please for the love of god turn on your dms and then everyone will post their gifts (and thus revealing them self) on may 23rd!!

Ever wanted to create some low-effort fanwork, but you just didn’t have the event for it? 

The MS Paint Bang is a low-effort multi-fandom bang in honor of the twelve hours when we thought MS Paint was gone for good, only it turned out to just be some clusterfucky Microsoft bullshit. Lovingly based on the late, great Bad Bang.

So what the hell is going on here?

Hey, glad you asked! We thought that in honor of MS Paint possibly biting the big one, we’d create and host a multi-fandom bang, where the object would be to create some art and some fic in good fun, and have a lot of really bad (or just silly and crude) MS paint doodles while we collaborated with other people on a short project.

In the MS Paint Bang, authors and artists are both encouraged to submit prompts to be claimed by other authors or artists. During claims, authors and artists will choose a prompt to make a follow-up piece of fic or artwork. Prompts are 500 word minimum or 400x400pixel minimum drafts. Follow-up pieces have the same requirements.

So is this a bang? A reverse bang?

Some of both!

Do you have to have MS Paint to participate as an artist?

Nah! Though we highly encourage you to use MS Paint if you have it, there are a lot of different low-effort art types that we’ll accept. Check out the guidelines for more on this topic.
