Mun’s first impressions on Three Houses.

//Hello everyone! I was debating if I should do this or not but since everyone seems to have said their piece on it that I should do mine. Granted I have not finished the game yet, but figured I would give you my first impressions at least. So how am I feeling about this game?

If there is one word in how I feel about this game it is overwhelmed. There are way too many tasks for me to do and I never felt this way with any other FE game. That I can overcome by just not paying the game all in one sitting so I feel I could finish this.

That would be the case...if it was also not for the two personal problems that I feel others can’t relate to is firstly, I just hate being a teacher. I never have a desire to teach nor do I look forward to teaching others. I respect those who can handle that because I surely can’t...and apparently not even in a game form either. 

The second personal problem is that I keep comparing three houses to when I attended military training school in my time in the Air Force. So seeing as this takes place in a church...I already had a bad feeling about it. Because religion with military = huge conflict. In my training we were told to separate religion from your job as if it affects other people if you refuse to do a task. Not to mention my teachers didn’t really care to bond with students, they just want you to learn your job and send you on your way. They were there to make soldiers and nothing more.

So combining all of that, three houses has left me not as excited as I thought I would be. I just feel very distant and cannot relate to anyone about three houses. I do love seeing others be happy about the game and I love the memes and beautiful art from it. Three houses is just not my kind of game I guess. Who knows when I will finish it but regardless Golden Deer will be the side I will stick with. Until then...I will take my sweet time with this game.

//I mean that has not seemed to change much for me even in my adult years. Seeing as I love Rinea, Tokiya (from Utano Prince-sama) and Karin (from Love Live All Stars). It’s just now I am slightly pickier on personality types as well lol. Which is why for example like Chrom but I prefer Frederick’s personality more. Those serious loyal types...those are the best.

//Yes, if for the fact that we can get Berkut’s reaction and all of the glorious fan art that comes from it. Honestly though I just want Rinea in the game and she is the most requested that is not in the game now...so there might be some hope.

BIAS ASIDE - i have to agree that reyson does have the nicest voice. good taste.

//Well the reason I can be picky on singers is because I was in chorus class from middle school and high school. As well as briefly in college I was in a choir. I may not be able to read music, but I can tell sound wise if something is wrong or if a singer sounds off. So to me, Reyson (going with his voice actor) sounds like he knows what he is doing out of all of them. 

Still think it would all be better if opera singers had done it.

//Yeah that’s the down side with being Rinea is knowing full well who she would interact with. Not to mention we know Berkut would keep him away from her. Even the Countess would just ignore him for well not being rich and attractive enough. So I too must watch him from afar and just laugh at the stuff he does.

Okay I'm a tiny bit curious. What art program do you use and what brushes do you use the most? btw your art is amazing and I love this blog (you are a fantastic Nea!)

using Paint tool SAI and normal brush as in the settings all is 0 except opacity is still 100% ofc~for brush effects, sometimes i use brushed that i got around internet for sai~omg and thank you/// altho i haven’t rp in him for awhileall i do is making fanarts rn bec hype is real
