[For Rodmeo it was usual to see stray critters in his breeding territory, mostly other lussi that looked to devour the cubs he Raised, Reason to why his own lusus guarded the shallow pools where he raised the younger ones. 

But he was still surprised to find that one tray had managed to get pass his pops and entered the pool area, dread filled his chest a he rushed to see the damage... apparently no cubs were harmed yet, but he was not taking chances, taking a piece of bait and a rope to lure the Otter-lusus away from the cubs]
