OK i just had a Bunsenbeaker hc that won’t leave me alone;

What if, while they were filming something live from Muppet Labs, Bunsen was introducing Beaker as usual, but instead of saying ‘My *insert endearing adjective here* assistant’, he says 

‘My lovely husband.’

And the fans proceed to lose their shit, even as Bunsen rushes to correct himself bc shit sorry Beakie didn’t mean to let the cat out of the bag.

Muppet Headcanon: Robin often talks about how great of a friend Sweetums is to his mum (and with a name like “Sweetums”, she assumed he was around the same height and cuteness as Robin), so she probably almost fainted when first meeting him.

Oh my god I love that. That poor frog woman 😭😭😭

And if I may add on to it, she probably asked Kermit about Sweetums before. He pretty much repeats what Robin told her, that he's a great friend and is always looking out for the little man, all while completely neglecting to tell her that he was a 6'7" monster. So the next time she sees her brother (since I hc that she's the one that's Kermit's blood relative) after meeting Sweetums, she's like "How did you not think to tell me that he looked like... that???"

Kermit just shrugs and says, "Well, personally, I don't really see him as a monster."

What are your thoughts on The Muppets Mayhem?

I'm a little hesitant to watch it because the quality of muppet stuff has really varied over recent years, also I don't get why everything looks so de-saturated. Like the muppets are colorful little creatures, what's the point in making them look cold-grey

I'll probably end up watching it anyway just because
