(This is the Everything-is-well-au cause I will forever be in denial)  Eiffel cannot seem to shake this feeling. This feeling to get out, to just move because after being stuck in space for so long it’s almost too claustrophobic here. Staying in one place is too much when he knows he can just leave. To fix this dilemma, he finds a solution. His solution? Roadtrip. Over several (not-so) subtle hints to his partner. (Which may or may not have been involved during an intense chess match and the Grill Cheese Incident™) - - - - - Eiffel honestly doesn’t know how he got Hilbert to agree but he did and he’s gonna buy as much pecan pie as necessary to keep his partner around.  - - - - - They’ll fight over the radio, complaining about the others music with smiles as they try to cover. When Hilbert sleeps at night and Eiffel drives, Eiffel will play Hilbert’s music at a low tune. Humming to the music as they drive with the stars overhead.  - - - - - During the day, Eiffel takes naps. When this man naps though, he naps either as a cat or an Amarillo. Either way, Hilbert takes the chance to hold Eiffel's hand when he sleeps.  - - - - -  Hilbert has no regrets stealing the blankets from Eiffel, that floofy haired man is a space heater. Hilbert also has no regrets cuddling up to said space heater when the blankets aren’t just warm enough and Eiffel slowly leans into him.  - - - - -

“I think you need to lay off the Gas Station Coffee, Doc” “no.” “But-” “No.”

Eiffel has good reason to believe this has become a slight problem after the fifth stop in a row. - - - - -

“We cannot bring puppy with us.” “But he’s so lonely. I can’t leave him alone!” “No.” ~Thirty minutes later~ “The dark green leash or the Star Wars one?” Deep regretful sighing “…The Star Wars one.”

Prompt 43: “I’m not a lot of people’s favourite person.”

    The room was a mess of games, game controllers, crinkled up wrappers of every snack food imaginable, and empty cans of Redbull.

    The drinking contest had been epic and despite his opponent being Bing- a high-tech android who could do far more than an average human like him could- Chase still won.

    Now, as his hands shook and he couldn’t do much more than curl up on the couch with his head in Bing’s lap, he was wondering at what cost he’d achieved victory.

    His body felt like it was made of shaking, shuddering anxiety. His head throbbed.

    “Bad idea …” he muttered.

    Bing chuckled, “yeah, dude. Sorry. I don’t always have the best ideas.”

    “Miss my kids …” a pang of overwhelming sadness hit him suddenly. Why did Stacy leave him? Why was he not good enough? “No one likes me.”

    He felt a warm hand on his back, rubbing gentle, soothing circles.

    “Yeah, I’m not a lot of people’s favorite person either,” Bing said quietly, “but if it makes you feel better, I like you a lot.”

    Chase sighed, tried to relax as the hand on his back kept rubbing. Stacy was still gone and so were his kids but, despite everything, despite the nine Redbulls and unimaginable amount of caffeine he’d consumed, Bing’s words did make him feel a little better.

The masterlist should go to a page with links to the post of each part in order. It should look something like this:

Ive had trouble with the links before not going where there supposed to so I wouldn’t be surprised if ones not working again.

BUT I did go back through and checked all the links and I’m not finding any that don’t lead back to the masterlist or to each of the parts tho. So it could be a glitch? I’m not really sure, sorry! 😖😖😖
