Dang... So THIS is where that track went...
Just how deep had those godawful humans made this place? She'd seen so much ever since falling into the Misfit Pit, and she'd found so much and learned many things... but still, no way back to the upper levels where the drones' safe bunker was. Not even a way to the extraction zones, either; as dangerous at they were, at least they would have a train back to... well, the closest thing that she could call 'home', if you really think about it. The bunker was never a pleasant place, but this experience was making her begin to miss it terribly. She hated having to recharge in the old and broken port-a-lounges, she hated that she didn't have any allies down here, and... she hated that she didn't know where V-II was, let alone if the latter was still alive.
And what she would give to have a way back... But she still had many questions that she wanted to be answered, and she DID still have to find her friend... so it meant she would unfortunately have to stay down here a bit longer. Fuuuuuck. But she couldn't just leave V-II, given the latter had no means of defending herself. Not like she did. And she couldn't end her search now, when she'd found so much.
Uzi waited for the cable car to come to a screeeeeeeching halt, before kicking the door open and walking out, grabpack-gun at the ready in case something decided to jump at her. She examined her surroundings; it looked like... some kind of prison area? And-- were those piles of dead toys? Eww... as much as she disliked the little monsters, she... couldn't help but feel sorry for them, knowing what things they'd suffered at the hands of the humans. The Purple worker drone then began to wonder where she should go next when all of a sudden--
"...!"
What sounded like static flickering, followed by deep, wicked chuckling made her freeze on the spot. The worker drone looked around frantically, optics desperately searching for the source.
"Who's there?!"
