A hand rubs at his throat as he opens his mouth. He tries to speak, tries to make a sound, but only manages a faint, ‘aaahh,’ sound. It’s still strange to hear his own voice after so many years of having it gone. To use it again, it doesn’t even come naturally to him, he has to put more effort into talking and it’s just so unusual. Sure, he’s happy to have it back, but he had been so willing to pay that price...perhaps he still should? Remain silent for what he had done and trouble he had caused.
Perhaps he was overthinking things again. He didn’t need to let his mind wander over to that, but couldn’t help it. Part of him is grateful to hear the door to the museum open, but the other part is annoyed that someone has decided to come so late into the night. At least this will prove to be some distraction for the time being.
Suga is quick to confront whoever had come indoors, already getting out his pen and paper, writing his words on it, quick as usual, before holding it out to the other to read.
‘It’s almost closing time.’
