Kong was hectic. But still a great way to gather data. But unlike most of the kaiju here kong is free to leave the island when ever. Do to living on skull island and such. And well pretty sure if it wasn't for Shimo Kong and Goji properly would cause a all out brawl on the island.

Beside that Kong makes a great training partner for both Hotaru and Akiko.

The monster graveyard has been repurposed for many of the Ultralady Kaiju. Mostly using it as their own galactic equivalent to the island. Being content to not return to Earth for a while.

Baltan recently being at a baseball game withstanding.

Oh I heard of that change. There even some ultras position there mostly for the same reasons. Except stopping any monsters escaping. There more worried of someone taking them using it for bad purposes.
