Even more so in this time when the Covid-19 pandemic has hit musicians and live performers harder than almost anyone. These artists give so much to all of us and often live from gig one gig to the next. That came to a sudden and brutal stop with very little or in most case no advance notice. We are in contact with musicians and performers every day and there are many who are really hurting and need our help in any way we can. It’s time to make sure we are in a position to help in any way we can. Along with the many entertainers who depend on us to provide work GigRoster has come to a virtual standstill with many already booked events needing to be canceled and refunded. Our employees, (who are also all musicians!) are valuable team members and we want to make sure we can keep our doors open and pay our employees who are creating resources and bookings for the amazing performers who are members of GigRoster. It is so important for our over 4500 member musicians, entertainers and live performers We need to reschedule and book engagements for our performers for future dates so they and we will at the very least have a chance to make up in some way for the complete and devastating loss of income they have currently suffered. We want to be able to hit the ground running when things begin to resolve and be there for both our employees and the artists who are a part of GigRoster.
