4.26.17. Today's hip hop visit to Children's Hospital teens was bedside, as most patients weren't able to leave their rooms. Kay "Buttons" Bey takes a moment before visiting Trey Horton-Williams, a young man who loves hip hop and the power of its beat and lyric! Awoke SUPER early this morning (can you tell by the first pic? Haha!) and headed to @childrenspgh with my @mattel gifts! Amazing talking to the music therapists about their work at the hospital and meeting the little patients before Christmas. Thank you #MusicSmiles for understanding the meaning of music in these places and spreading the true meaning of the holidays! Can't wait to come back and sing for the families.
