“Where did it go?”

A peculiar looking beetle had seemed to allude him. From the moment he saw it nearby the school, he pursued it even when he found himself in unfamiliar territory. It was until he lost track of it that he noticed how different the trees and scenery appeared compared to the ones he was used to. Just where was this place anyways? Nothing was looking familiar and the more he walked, the more lost he was becoming.

💥 ~ The girl had gotten up much earlier than expected, the ringing of her phone stirring her from a long night’s slumber. Hand haphazardly moving around the nightstand to grab her phone, but by the time the phone had gone silent. She couldn’t help but groan as she sat up, noticing how dark the room was. The sun hadn’t even risen yet, possibly the time being 5am or earlier... How weird... Who would be messaging her so early?

Mumbling nonsense to herself, she turned on her phone, wincing from the light. It took a second or so for eyes to adjust so she could read it.

7 Missed calls...

She stared in disbelief before turning to the sleeping raven, nudging him.

“Kioshi! Kioshi! You gotta get up! Right now!”
