BLACKSPOON 2016

Although her real home was the music stage, Yura loved when Fashion Week came to Seoul. Today she was attending the show for Black Spoon’s newest collection with her label mate Xianhua. She never really had schedules with him; most of the time she would attend these events with Daeun, Bastien or Aiden; Sometimes even Jenn, but that was rare since their promotions never really overlapped. 

“Are you excited?” Yura questioned the younger male, enjoying her grey lace and tulle layered skirt. Sometimes fashion week really brought out the extravagant pieces from the ACE sponsorship closet but Yura definitely enjoyed the over the top outfits. “I don’t think a lot of the Rebels boys attend fashion shows, this is your first one right?”

“Aiden stop.” “No Yura they have to see this it’s life changing.” “No Aiden they don’t need to see -”

The famously dubbed ‘dumb and dumber’ of the company were bickering on whether Aiden should show their viewers his new favourite water painting. Of course, during the bickering they didn’t notice they went live and were bickering in front of thousands of viewer - not like that was something new for the frequent viewers. 

The two soloists have been on V App a lot together, since they really didn’t have much to talk about when they were on alone; Once Aiden did a whole show of him just eating instant noodles & Yura had to bring her puppy into the show when she was getting tired of talking to a phone screen. 

Fixing her bangs, she violently nudged Aiden to shut up and pointed at the screen. “We’re live, hello!” She smiled, pushing Aiden’s rolling chair so he was out of frame. “Have you guys been waiting long? At least this time he didn’t swear on broadcast right? Cross your fingers!”

“I think a flower crown is perfect,” Yura nodded, gently touching the delicate hair piece her coordi placed on top of her head earlier that day. “It’s almost summer, it’s all good.”

“Taeoh.... why are you making me take this photo?” Yura sighed, looking up from the male’s phone screen. “I’m pretty sure the first five are super worthy of Instagram.”

“Tsk, you brat. This is the first time you’ve called me noona.”

When Yura got the call from ‘ACE Brat #2′ (#1 was Jaejoon) at 1 in the morning, she wasn’t sure if she should pick up the phone. But after the second time, Yura definitely regretted picking up the call.

Now she was sitting on the floor of one of the Imperium dorm washrooms, wondering why she was playing manager (she already did that with Aiden, she really wasn’t paid enough for her job) for the bratty member Jake. She really didn’t have much of a relationship with this hoobae; the rest of his group members were nice boys, many of them were actually backup dancers for her and many other artists but he never did.

“I don’t think you’re even legal enough to drink,” She yawned, gently patting his back while he gagged and moaned by the toilet bowl. “Considering the fact it seems like you mixed alcohol, too. Like Jake you’re going to have to kiss your liver bye at this rate.”

Leaving Jaejoon’s office either made Yura feel refreshed or way more tired than any schedule could ever leave her feeling. It seemed like today was the day her boss & friend had a big meeting with a Chinese investor that could either ‘make or break the damn future of everything! Everything!!!’ in his words. So that meant she had to look over his speech, the slides and listen to him present that to her for the next three hours. And all she wanted to do was ask him if he wanted something from Starbucks before she told her manager her order. 

Since she told her manager to just go home early, since she had no idea on how long she would have been stuck captive in that office. Thankfully she drove to the herself so she would have some way of getting home; taking a taxi wasn’t on the top of the list of things she enjoyed doing if she was being honest. 

Turning the corner after deciding to go annoy the producer of her newest album soon to release, Yura didn’t expect to bump into someone in the hallway of ACE. “Oh snap, I’m so sorry!”
