I might name one "pots" because my nephew used to move the S from the beginning of words to the end (pots=spot, tops=stop, kys=sky, tucks=stuck etc) and it was the cutest thing ever

well katy has a bunch of tattoos, so shes basically given up at this point. michaelas the only normal looking child left hahaha. you can also use olive/coconut/teatree/jojoba oil

in fact if youre getting wood plugs you should get jojoba oil to put on them to keep them looking nice! you can also use any of those oils when you get out of the shower to moisturize your ears and soften them up in the periods between stretches!

she doesnt really care anymore, she just shakes her head at me and sighs, but XD, and no i dont use anything for mine, when i was stretching i just tapered at the end of a hot shower. vitamin e cream is a good stretching lube though.

XD thats awesome but I guess with you being 21 she's probably like I'll try to get the next one not to do it XP

acrylic is supposedly bad for your ears when you stretch, but tbh i used it all the way up to 2g and i wore it during stretches and healing periods and it was never a problem for me idk why though XD

yeah me and jessica were talking to the girl at culture craze and she was telling us that you shouldn't wear acrylic for more than 8 hours or something but whatever I don't see it as being too big of a problem

make sure you only wear surgical steel just after a stretch though, because wearing certain materials can cause pretty big problems and its best to just avoid problems at all costs!!

yeah that's what I'm planning to do right now I just have acrylic but I've got surgical steel for every other gauge

i might even go up to 1/2 (its just 2 sizes up from my current goal size), but it depends on how i feel about 5/8 when i get there!

thats not too bad. How does your mom feel about it? :P I remember when we went to get your ears pierced she was all NO GAUGING and you were like yeah no mom this is the same size the holes have always been... * stretches them right in front of her* I swear! 

also, do you use anything special on your ears? I just bought some holey butt'r which I've heard is really good for stretching
