❤️🎉🥳 THANK YOU FOR ALL THE BIRTHDAY WISHES! 🥳🎉❤️ 🥳🎉❤️ Thank you to everyone who took a little time out of their busy day to send me some kind words and good birthday vibes! As I reflect on the past birthday year, there has been some big personal accomplishments like moving into a new home, doing my PMP, getting into a great morning and outside meditation and yoga routine, working through old paperwork to digitize them and go paper-free, and finally being eczema-free for the most months in a row that I can remember. Even with the lockdowns and self-isolation, there’s been a lot on my plate that I needed to tackle and it has been quite the eye-opening journey the past year. I’m looking forward to the next year of crushing more personal goals! 💭 DAY 2: MANTRA - EVERYDAY IS A CHANCE TO START ANEW 💭 💭 Today’s mantra is about taking the opportunity every single day to start anew. My favourite way to do this is to get on the mat, outside rain or shine, to meditate and donsome yoga. This helps me to reset my mind and body each and every single day. 💭 DAY 1: MANTRA - I AM DIVINE. I AM GOOD. I AM HUMAN. 💭 💭 Today’s mantra let me reflect on the past few days and how much of it was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, trying to express myself out loud with words. My go-to mode of expression is not out loud with words and sometimes that lack of use of that particular muscle is very obviously hindered. So today is the start of looking at ways to change that. 🏃🏻‍♀️ RUN: HOT DAY & TRAILS 🏃🏻‍♀️ #mylchee #run #hotdayontrails 🏃🏻‍♀️ Went for a run yesterday and it was a HOT day, with the temperatures hovering at 26’C for a good portion of my run directly in the sun! I decided to try part of the trail to test myself on that and it was a full uphill slog for a good 15mins but it was nice to be under the cool trees! I’ve hiked the section that I took but this was the first time running it and it felt great to be rewarded with some nice views! Definitely going to keep adding to the running distance as I’m thoroughly enjoying the scenic views!
