How did I get here?!
Good question. Cause I'm at lake tekapo. In new Zealand. On a campground. In a borrowed tent. Waiting for a french computer technician to pick me up to explore the lake. Sounds like an interesting story Sure is! OK so I flew to Christchurch, randomly met to Canadian girls from the Yukon, teamed up with them, cooked breakfast(bacon, eggs , pancake, tee) for dinner, rode bikes through post apocalyptic Christchurch (more later), saw the stage for a classical music/ firework show( they did sound checks with epic music( video later)) and had lots of fun. I decided to hitchhike to a nearby bay(akaroa, 1,5 hours away) and come back to Christchurch to see the perfomcance the day later. So far so good. I arrive in akaroa(hitchhicking is super easy here), checked into a pink hostel, rode mountain bikes around the bay with a random German, saw two huge cruise ships(pics later), cooked sausages and pasta in tomato sauce and ate tons of dumplings for Chinese New Year. That's right! Next morning I had a ride with the random German at 11 am back to Christchurch. While cooking 6 eggs I heard chris(frenchy) is going to lake tekapo. I ask when he leaves he says now. I pack my stuff in 2minutes, down random dude puts my scrambled eggs in a take away container and off we are. Well he wanted to go rafting. And I thought. Well why the fuck not?! Best. Decision. Ever At least one of the best :D We jumped of 8meter rocks in to the white water river, swam through rapids, rafted grade 5 rapids and had a blast(pics later) Then we drove to the valley where they filmed lord if the rings the two towers(or at least parts of it) No picture I took really cuts it. Just watch the movie. It is just breathtakingly beautiful. Like a model train landscape that someone made too perfect. We arrived in lake tekapo At 11:02 At 11:05 we were in an observatory seeing the milky way, Jupiters stripes and the tarantula nebular with bare eyes I entered the campground at 1am and set up the tent in the dark with Chris help I woke up to lake tekapo today Yesterday was my lucky day For sure

A Day in the Life of Me
1. Wake up
2. Walk around hating everyone and everything with my iPod in so I'm not forced to converse with people in the halls
3. Daydream about Scott/Mirnov/Smironov
4. Eat lunch
5. Sing
6. Get a Starbucks in order to stay awake long enough to make it home to tumblr
7. Stalk tumblrs/fight with my cat over whether or not she gets control of my lap. The outcome is decided by how much of an effort it will be to reach the computer.
8. Eat Dinner
9. Crawl into bed for some good ol' Law and Order: SVU...the ultimate bedtime story
10. Fall asleep and try to forget the fact that tomorrow I have to do it all over again
