This is ignorant and shameful; government sanctioned discrimination. A disgusting demonstration of how low humanity can sink - to further victimize an entire grouping of already marginalized dogs - to further promote their suffering... I have no words to describe the depravity of BSL or the government officials in Montreal who have allowed this to pass. To say this is a frustrating outcome does not do justice to what I and so many thousands of people feel.
