Today I was told by two very beautiful humans that I’m prettier without the black eyeliner. Sweet things they are. The truth is, the makeup is one of my many shields, and to tell you the truth, I don’t love or trust enough people to take down most of the shields; to show the vulnerability and the truth that is in my eyes.
