Tiny Living Simple and Clean Art painting recolored. Scandi farmhouse is the new modern so flex your good taste and hang a floral; Better yet hang nine in a grid. All nine prints come in one frame color. These vintage illustrations were lovingly selected as an ode to old books and my favorite IKEA duvet cover to hang in the Tarzana Scandi Farmhouse "Real to Sim" build I'm currently working on (available soon). ღ Eliavah Sims 4 & Sims 3 OLD Custom Content Pack (Pre 2016) ღ

Hey all, been a while hasn’t it? To keep it short & simple, this is a pack of all my custom content I created & uploaded to Tumblr for Sims 4 & Sims 3.

I don’t create custom content for Sims anymore at the moment, I don’t know if I’ll come back to Sims or not as I work full time for Second-Life & currently am exploring creation for other Virtual Worlds for fun, It’s not unlikely that I’ll come back for creating for Sims, but I figured I’d condense everything I created into one easy to obtain pack, since my previous links were all outdated. To see pictures of whats in the pack, just check out my tags here, or my old old CC website.

A fair warning:

These items are super old, & some might not even work. These were all the previously uploaded files so nothing has changed tho. Please download at your own discretion!

TERMS OF USE

You can do anything you want with these meshes, convert the Sims 3 only ones to Sims 4 or vice versa. Or other Sims games & other games in general. Break the meshes and textures and combine them with another, edit the mesh to create your own, edit the textures, share the CC pack. I don’t mind (Please keep in mind the Conversions from other games are not my own textures & meshes & the Shiva Hair are NOT my own textures, so please don't use those textures)

However please keep any all edits, conversions, changes & downloads free please! If you would like to profit off editing or converting these to any game in any way please contact me, or consider commissioning me for new & better higher quality 3D works

Hi !

With the new pack, I wasn’t able to resist to do this construction, even if I’m not a “build player” usually. 

This lot contains 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, dining and living room in the ground floor and the floor is for fun activities.  There are no CC in the construction, but a lot of packs !

Be carefull to have moveobjects on before the installation.

So I’ve officially created my very first custom content for the Sims 4 using Sims 4 Studio and I’m super excited to share this with you guys! 

I’m planning on creating more tattoos, so if you guys have any suggestions let me know ~ I’ll eventually be designing my own images for them as well.

I created a new large back tattoo for your young adult to elder female sims.
