The last time we left, Sasha was looking like a villain. We start with some much-needed Thorgi appreciation with Aphmau since he has been a trooper from the beginning (We loved a doggy king). She tours around the plaza to quite a scene. Dale is on Logan’s food stand, drunk out of his mind. Dale impersonates Azura. Logan is losing his shit and tells Aphmau to get her guards under control (Eat shit, Logan). Aphmau backs away from the situation to talk to Kiki, and Kiki tells Aphmau about this uniq

I want to take time to say thank you to mu mutual, @blacksurvivalnostalgichanges, They are really funny, and such a lovely person. They post headcanons, scenes, and general opinions on a game called black survival. Even if you have no idea what that game is, their content is still very enjoyable. They really help rekindle that love of being a content creator, and I hope their blog grows. They need some love. So checked them out if you want some fun content.

i got the bus across to east london (we live the south of central london) the other day with my two siblings so they could play in the water fountins but we forgot the swimming costumes so we just took photos and explored instead.

we had dinner in 'pizza express' and we walked up and down the river a few times before stopping to get an ice cream. obviously not for me though since im vegan.

around 10pm we went into a block of flats and went onto the roof garden and then we got the 133 bus back home.

now im waiting to leave to go and see @hayleykiyoko and im so excited.

my mum gets married on Saturday!!!

tomorrow we are off to the hotel and then the next day she is getting married. my mum has been there for me through so much shit so i just want to thank her.

in the photo im wearing my bridesmaid outfit. when my mum told me she was getting married, i made a big scene and screamed at her because i didn't want to wear a dress. she gave in and let me wear a suit. i have decided to wear a dress now because this is the least i can do. she took me to see @taylorswift in june, shes fed me, shes homed me, she looked after me and protected me when my dad was aggressive and vile. this really is the least i can do.

i cant wait to see her smiling and happy and i cant wait for her to finally have her happily ever after she has been wanting.

Intranet 1.0 – Un site web de informare la nivel de organizatie. El poate fi vazut de toata lumea care poate avea toate resursele intr-un singur loca dar nu este interactiv. Intranet 2.0 – Este un intranet in care utilizatorul poate interactiona, poate crea continut dar nu este colaborativ la nivel de procese. Intranet 3.0 – Este intranetul colaborativ la nivel de procese. Toti utilizatorii participa la crearea si imbunatatirea proceselor de afaceri. Organizatia care are un Intranet 3.0 ar putea avea un marketing 3.0 centrat pe responsabilitate sociala. Marketingul 3.0 este etapa in care companiile au o orientare umanocentrica si echilibreaza profitabilitatea si responsabilitatea corporatista. Spre exemplu Intranetul BCR are o zona de responsabilitate sociala si a derulat aici concursul “Brutaria de fapte bune” in care unul din proiecte A stii pentru a fi, deschidea perspectivele unui Intranet 4.0. Procesele in 3.0 sunt insa formale si supuse unor euristici formale de tip varful icebergului chiar daca organizatia aplica TQM si orientarea spre proces. Intranet 4.0 – Este intranetul in care procesle sunt descrise Integral prin co-creatie si acces colectiv la sursa lor. Intranetul 4.0 face ca organizatia sa faca saltul de la ego-sistem la eco-sistem. Se initiaza prin crearea unei zone de interfata, introducere si localizare* a frameworkului oferit de Presencing Institute si eventual a cursului MIT prin EDX Transforming Business, Society, and Self with U.Lab si prin crearea unei comunitati de practica care va folosi U Framework pentru a descrie cateva procese integral, de la sursa. Spatiile de conferinta din organizatie pot fi folosite dimineta la prima ora pentru sesiuni de meditatie de grup care vor garanta accesul la sursa proceselor de business, nivelul NZ in schema de mai jos.
