Had a rough day today. Two things that i can count on to make me feel better are a good workout and doing something nice for somebody else - takes the focus off of self. When i missed my workout due to unusually heavy traffic (from what im guessing is people trying to get to valentine's day dates, home to get ready for valentine's day dates or supplies for valentine's day dates,) i detoured to bed bath and beyond and picked up a fancy electric tea water kettle for my hosts because they have great tea and the perfect temperature makes all the difference.
