When In Rome
Nervous. It was a feeling that was rather unsettling at first. Sabrina had never done something big like this. Travelling away, being away from home. Unless you could count the academy where Aunt Hilda spoke of how much she missed her for those days that she stayed there. However this was different from the dormitories. Instead she was with someone she loves, someone she truly cares about, and someone she would be hand in hand in throughout their travels and journeys. It was an adventure and she craves for it, by his side. A person she came to trust, came to love, came to share the world with. Amongst the many adventures they had, this was another step to be one of the biggest if you didn’t count walking the path of night and the darkness that possessed it.
Yet here she was, standing. Staring at the terminal, gulping that rather large lump down, that had formed in her throat, that tell tale sign of nerves making her palms sweaty as she heaves her suitcase onto the strip, as it travels to the plane. Glancing up at her warlock boyfriend, the white haired witch gently squeezes his hand. True. Nicholas wasn’t nervous, he had told her on many occasions. That on his 50th, it would be his estate and his journey to get to that path that he wanted. The hearing would be made through quickly and painless, and although he had that confidence upon his shoulders she was still wavered by a flight because of her parents.
Clicking her tongue against her teeth, those ruby red lips stood out, upon pale flesh as she glances at the board giving their flight times and now it was time to board. With a red bag hanging by her side, a spell to miniaturise the contents within, she slowly approaches handing in her pass and passport as they were guided through to their seat. Side by side, a step settled across the waist and window seats, she slowly moves her hand over his now they were in place, glancing out the open shutter to the place they were leaving behind for the next 30 days.
