It’s been forever since I updated the new Mikaelson family. Would anyone like shorter chapters or just all the ideas I had for future chapters. And post little scenes I had written. I don’t write tvd anymore and I haven’t written klaroline in years.

I said this before but I have this unoriginal idea of Caroline being pregnant with klaus child after 5x11 and she just runs away with it. Katherine becomes her partner in crime; Nadia lives and both Caroline and Katherine find motherhood (Katherine becomes a godmother of sorts to Klaroline’s daughter, and Nadia a big sister). The girl grows to be curious about her growing magic but even tho her mom is open about the supernatural world, she still keeps the secret of who is her father.

In parallel, the originals plot line is altered. The hollow isn’t a thing. The sidelines aren’t broken, but the trinity/strix are able to seal the Original’s soul in a ‘void’ dimension (the expression dimension? it was never truly explored) letting them all incapacitated. They also take out freya too somehow. Hayley made a deal with the trinity to be able to live her life with her pack and her daughter, who grows up unaware of her Mikaelson lineage, just like Caroline’s daughter. Two mothers protecting their daughter from the looming doom that the Mikaelson represents.

When Hope finds out about her lineage, she becomes obsessed with bringing them back and she finds out about the expression triangle but more than that, she finds out about her sister, she dreams of her and how she is the key to bring her family back.

Nadia Petrova (or Amara) didn't need to have children. S5 explains that doppelgangers are born to restore balance because Amara (the first true immortal) couldn't die. which means that nature always NEEDED a version that dies. therefore a doppelganger is born when the previous one dies. Otherwise, doppelganger would just cease to exist if a doppelganger died as a baby / child or didn't have children which nature couldn't allow.

You're misunderstanding me, and the source material.

The show makes it clear that Katherine and Elena are related; Katherine even calls her a Petrova. Klaus and Elijah weren't sure there'd even be a doppelganger because they assumed Klaus killing her family ended the line. A punishment that was given out too rashly because it bit him in the ass, as far as they knew. Elijah was Surprised Elena existed. If there was no reason for them to be related, then why are they?

No, the show makes an effort to imply that Katherine's family's massacre should have ended the line, but Katherine sending her baby away is what led the Petrova Line to continue. So if its only Nadia... Nadia needed to continue it, and if she had more kids OR a lot of grandkids, then the doppelganger could show up anywhere in the branches. But the Doppelganger is 100% linked to bloodline. Similarly, its why Tatia is called a widow in the Originals, "Red Door", and why Qetsiyah was supposed to have a brother, as mentioned in "Love You to Death: Season 5", an unofficial guide. Likely to explain away the kid thing, though it's a very confusing concept to bring in because that would make her an indirect ancestor and the Bennetts not technically HER descendants.

If you wanna imply Katherine's family wasn't the ONLY branch to exist from Tatia and therefore Amara, then sure, I'd believe that, even though the show implied the opposite. But to say it doesn't matter at all? Thats just incorrect.

On the question of what would happen if a doppelganger died young? It'd go somewhere else in the branch, if there's no other branch, like if Katherine never had a daughter that got thrown to a different village? I don't know, the show plays fast and loose with shit, its writing is kinda bad.
