Ever since the charity event, Nadia has been working overtime to do research on what might've happened. She has access to the forbidden section of the library and maybe your muse does too and/or mabe your muse has snuck in and Nadia has now caught them red handed. OR your muse finds Nadia asleep by one of the books and panics, thinking something's happened to her lol
Nadia has been conducting her own private magic sessions to practice spells she's struggled with since the event. Your muse could accidentally stumble upon her and even if they're not a witch, they can get help from her, or at least some sage wisdom/guidance on how to handle their struggles as she works through her own
Your muse hears noises in one of the lower floors of the institute one night, and end up going to explore, but not before running into Nadia who asks what they're doing and the two of them end up going down to the basement together to see what's making that sound.
