new york is everything that I have wanted and more. I am thankful for the opportunity to study here. being here is something that I didn’t think I needed. as much as it is to have a breath of fresh air, I miss you. I miss how you hold me, how you see me for who I am, my faults, my history, my love for you. I miss your freckles, and the way you smile at me.
classes are difficult and it is the challenge that I needed. to compete with other intelligent students from around the world is thrilling.
Lu and I have been going to a lot of shows here and the clubs here having nothing on the ones we have gone to back home. The DJ always plays the right music.
The people here are very interesting, but the culture is what I needed. so many people from different classes, religion, backgrounds and the world is so different from outside the walls of las encinas.
there is nothing I would want more in the world than for you to come and see me. I can’t wait to be in your arms again my love. to see you and embrace you gives me great happiness.
