We’re going back to one of our favorite events of the year: the North American Handmade Bicycle Show (NAHBS) in Dallas, Texas on August 21 - 23, 2020! We always love to help builders whether they’re traveling to or from a show or selling their bikes, and this year we’ll be at NAHBS making it even easier for them to do so.
Are you a builder who would like to book your bike shipments to NAHBS? We’ve got you all covered - from newbies through experienced shippers - with our Event Shipping Guide. To speed up your booking, we’ve pre-populated event shipping dates and shipping locations like the Richardson Bike Mart.
Stepping up our game for 2020, we’ll not only be available at our booth to help with return shipments throughout the show, but we’ll also be offering extended hours - opening our booth one hour early and staying open one hour late - on the final day of the show so that you can still staff your own booth and receive any shipping assistance needed.
Here’s what you can do at our booth at NAHBS:
Use our computer to book your return bike shipments.
Print return labels for the shipments you’ve already booked or are booking on site.
Pick up self-adhesive shipping pouches for your return shipments.
Get luggage tags for attaching your labels to your cases for your return shipments.
Get advice re: local partner carrier drop-off locations and hours.
Say hello to and ask questions of our friendly BikeFlights.com Outreach Team Member, Michael Potter.
When it comes to deciding whether you want to use BikeFlights.com, don’t just take our word for it. Check out what other builders have to say about us:
Squid Bikes: “For a small company like us, BikeFlights.com is such a blessing. From saving us money to helping us figure out how to ship overseas, BikeFlights.com makes our lives way easier.”
Sklar Bikes: “I was just talking with someone about how sweet BikeFlights.com is because they make everything so easy. It’s nice to not have to think about shipping or tracking bikes.”
Curtis Inglis: “Using BikeFlights.com also helps with this a ton because we don’t have to stress about getting bikes across the world, and that makes accepting those orders much easier.”
If you have any bike shipping questions, need help with your shipments while at the show or just want to say “hello,” stop by our booth. We have a ton of knowledge and some swag to share!

Turns out he broke the chainstay years ago and Bilinkey was able to repair it and give it a second life. The owner gave it a tongue in cheek rebadge and it lives on to this day. #nahbspics #vintageritchey
