3. How do they position themselves in a group? Do they like to be the center of attention, or do they hang back at the edges of a crowd?

Depends on the size of the group. If its a large crowd like last night, Veda will default to watching while quietly whispering with whomever is that that she is close to while also blurting out comments about whatever may be happening.

If the group is a small or intimate one, Veda usually tried to add some life to the party.

N - Negligent - what they can be negligent about?

Honestly, Vila can be pretty negligent about her own health.  She has a tendency to put others ahead of herself, even at the cost of her own health or well-being.
