In Brandon's drink, the freshness of basil pairs so well with Maurin Quina, which is made from the maceration of cherries, quinnie and bitter almonds. Green Goblin 1.25 Bluecoat Gin 1 oz Sho Chiku Bai Organic Nama Junmai @takarasakeusa 0.25 oz Yellow Chartreus 0.25 oz Maurin Quina 0.5 oz lime Combine 6 basil leaves and sugar in a mixing glass, muddle lightly. Add remaining ingredients and ice, shake and double strain.
