in the student haru mini arc, fake sano is the only one who calls haru by his first name, the rest like mame, hijita, etc still call him seimei so i wonder if this is an artistic license that the mukuragaeshi took to show their "best friends" status, one of the first signs that something was very off in that world (the reason for sano and the rest to start calling haru seimei is because mame is a trend starter, and what mame does, sano supports ((same thing happened with calling ame doppel)) or if in an alternate universe where sano and haru really are classmates and friends, sano might call him by his name...

but in the end it doesn't matter much to think about those what ifs and maybes because that reality doesn't exist and that's ok <3

it sorta makes me uncomfortable whenever fics don't mention the character's actual name when they talk or do something. it's always like what they're background is, or their hair colour or something like that.
