So yesterday my step-grandma's friend Cindy paid for me to go see a Naprapath to help with my chronic back pains.
Before starting the actual treatment I told her about the back injury I had as a child that started all the problems and how it hadn't gotten looked at and I still don't know what ever happened to it or what's causing the problems.
Then right after I had laid on the table and she started she noticed and informed me that my hips aren't aligned and were out about 4 different ways. She said that's likely what causes a lot of the pain in my lower back. She also pointed out that the muscles in my leg were really tight on the outside and loose on the inside and that that's a sign that my legs are doing work for my lower back because it can't due to not healing right.
Apparently my hips and my entire back are all misaligned and not straight which is why I can't straighten my back and experience so much pain.
The entire time, as we continued and she found all these problems and heard about all the problems I deal with regularly, she kept fretting about how I'm so young and that I shouldn't be having these problems at my age and how come I never got x-rays or any other medical care back when I injured it as a child.
She also told me near the end that there was so much more she wanted to do to help with the pains (such as popping my upper back for example) but was too afraid to do without me getting my spine checked out first and seeing what was causing the problems, to know that it wouldn't just make things worse.
