Which festival Worships Sea?

Narali Purnima is mostly celebrated by the states on the west coast of India, namely Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat. This festival also marks the end of the monsoon season in Maharashtra. On this occasion, the fishermen decorate boats and take them out into the sea.

#NaraliPurnima or Coconut Festival is celebrated by the Hindus of the fishing community from Maharashtra. The festival is celebrated to mark the end of the monsoon season, as the fishermen now can begin fishing safely and start-off with their trade.
