Algo bien, plebets
Cuéntale que te conocí bailando.
Cuéntale que soy mejor que él.
Cuéntale que te traigo loca.
Cuéntale que tú me quieres ver.

Corridos vs. Narcocorridos
Corridos are short stories and poems that talk about poverty, love, government/politics and the way of life. Narcocorridos, which is a subgenre of the corrido, are short stories and poems that talk heavily about the active drug war, cartels, money, and corruption in the government. Narcocorridos can be seen as a singing book, as the song from beginning to end being narrated by the singer. What was once a way to keep record of certain events and moments either in the face of a drug war or a young romance, has now become the most popular and dangerous sub-culture in Mexico and USA today.
