OBITO SAYING "IT'S OK" WHILE HE'S FUCKING DYING IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT OK
*rolling in the corner with my tears*
To Obito haters
I'm not going to be like "Shut the fuck up. Obito is cool and ur just too stupid to understand it" cause everybody can have their opinions and I know the fact that Obito is my fav character doesn't mean he has to be loved by everyone. Yup, I know he wasn't perfect. He did a lot of bad things. He killed A LOT OF people so I completely understand why you hate him.
But still, there's a difference between showing your opinion and bitching someone. Really guys, some of your posts remind me of Black Zetsu's speech. Annoying as hell. Yeah, I know this is just a fictional character, but if this is JUST a fictional character why you're insulting shit out of him? And btw, if you writing an massive hate on a character you're hurting his/her/its fans. I know I could just ignore this but really. Just imagine something like this:
- there's a new chapter when YOUR favorite character is dying
- you're sad as hell because of it
- and you're going on tumblr and you see posts like "FINALLY THE BITCH IS DEAD" or "OMFG THAT MOTHERFAKER WILL FINALLY GO TO HELL.THANK GOD HE WAS A TRASH"
-it hurts a little bit, isn't it?
Ok, now I can imagine that some of you are like "Well yeah, I had moment like this. It was Jiraya's death. Oh wait a minute. But it was whose fault? OBITOS". Well, it was technically Nagato who was manipulated by Obito but I agree with you. And thinking in that way makes Obito a killer of almost every single person that died in the series. Well, it pisses me of that a lot of people think that it's all Obito's fault. It would be if he was a beginning of this "chain reaction" . What "chain reaction"? THIS "CHAIN REACTION":
Black Zetsu manipulates Madara who manipulates Obito who manipulates Nagato and do all other "dirty work".
Now I'm not trying to tell you that this is all events aren't Obito's fault cause they are. But he isn't the only person who caused this and everybody seems to forget that fact.
Ok, I hope somebody will read this and understand it (my english is horrible sorry). And listen. I'm not trying to tell you that you suck cause you don't like Obito, ok? Hating him doesn't make you an asshole or anything like this. Actually, you're probably a very nice person :) Just don't post a massive hates on characters that can hurt the ones that like them.
That's all. Have a nice day(or night)! ;)
I'm about to rant about what happened in Naruto Chapter 687.
I don't like that Obito died, and it's not just because it makes me sad. It does make me sad—Obito was a beautiful example of Kishimoto being able to redeem his villains, and he was one of my favorite characters. The other reason is that I think it's lazy writing.
Why? Kishimoto already did this. Twice. Itachi's redemption arc ended in death and so did Nagato's. It's tragic and it's a punch in the feels and sometimes it's interesting seeing the remaining characters grapple with their now very mixed feelings about the person they thought was a villain...but after seeing this happen two times already, it's lost it's impact. I would have preferred to see Obito be reintegrated into the community, maybe help with rebuilding once he's finished recovering from his wounds. Maybe even spend some time in prison if the people deem it necessary after what he's done. That would be better than being reunited with a dead twelve-year-old.
I don't want Obito's attachment to Rin to be fulfilled in death, I want him to have an actual life where he starts building real attachments to real, alive people, making up for the life he was robbed of by Madara. I don't want the same goddamn plot arc to happen for a third time at the end of the series. That's lazy and boring. Especially since it was one of those “I died by crumbling into bits for vague magical reasons because it was convenient for the plot” deaths, rather than one of those “this particular event caused my body to stop working.”
I saw this development coming, but I'm not pleased with it. At all. This is the same kind of bullshit death that Hoenheim had in FMA: Brotherhood, but worse, it's the same kind of death Itachi and Nagato in the same series had. That's lazy storytelling and I expect better at the end of the damn series.
Naruto in Chapter 687 - Just Great
Read the chapter again at work and I really like this chapter. The whole Obito still accept his own fate as a person who has done all of those moments is a good way to do it because it would have been farfetched if he just go like "You're wrong! I'm good now!" But he knows what he has done and if people never see him in a different light, so be it. He deserves it. Honestly, the part I really like is Naruto trying to save Obito. Here's something people don't realize. This is the first time Naruto with god power no less trying to save a guy from dying and not admitting that he's going to die no matter what. That's why he kept focusing to save him but they all know he's done for. I like how Naruto slowly starts to accept the fate and his reactions keeps changing. He hates the worst fate happening in front of him. Then, he finally changed when Obito is speaking his final words to him. Now, he accepts it and becomes sympathetic. You may ask, "What about Neji?" Well, he didn't try with his own power and he did die very quickly. Naruto has the power and he tried to make miracle, but there's always a limit. So when Obito pretty much tell him it's ok, he knows too that Obito's time is up. Obito pretty much left him in a high note, not to be sadden on what's occurring and don't stop. Put it this way, this is similar to android 16's death, being the trigger to one character. I did like Kakashi keeping to himself but you know he's hurt a lot, especially this time he knows he's dead for good. I like how he clutches his hand when Obito finally dies, shows you that Naruto did accept his words, yet you can tell he's enraged. It was necessary to have Sakura on panel the moment Naruto yelled at Zetsu, because this is his high point of emotional state. Naruto is now pissed and she always see how he reacts with emotions in full display. This whole volume has Naruto in cool state. Remember, this is the guy who did reverse harem no jutsu not that long ago. Now, he's pissed and if the chapter's preview does indicate what it is said, then expect more dead serious Naruto. Now, what's more interesting is that we ended there and we didn't get more to it such as Kaguya and Zetsu's reactions from being cut off. Not only it's shocking that Naruto was too fast, not only it's shocking that Naruto got a hit, a strong one at that, but the fact Naruto even do a cutting action is shocking. What did he do to do it? I don't know, but that's insane. What I want to see is everyone's else reactions, Team 7 that is. Kakashi could be like shocking because Naruto just cut a Goddess's arm instant, which already sound unreal. Sakura is an interesting one, because where will she fall under: impress, sad to see him to react because of his loss, what. Sasuke is also interesting one because while he's off to end Kaguya with the seal and all, what is the chance he can be jealous like before. I mean let's face it, Naruto has been far more impressive than Sasuke in this whole battle. I don't hate Sasuke, but you can easily see who's doing the most work. I'm really hyped for the next chapter to see if there's more to it with Naruto. Keep in mind, no Kyuubi will take over because he's cool with Naruto, so now this is Naruto being pissed off. Again, the next chapter could be just a normal moment, but we shall see.
"yes hello??....yea i'm just ringing to say i wont be able to come to school today...... oh why u ask??,,,.... well u see the new chapter or naruto came out last night and.."
Naruto Chapter 687 Lowdown
-The end of Obito is ticking. -Naruto tries to save Obito, but sadly because it's not DBZ, it's not possible. -Black Zetsu being the biggest asshole, trying to take Sasuke's role. -Kaguya went back to the first dimension. Hm... -Sasuke reclaim his title from Zetsu by not thanking Obito and making Naruto not have a sympathetic moment. -Obito says his final words to Naruto, good and bad signs of the future. -Kakashi breaks down because of his best friend is going to disappear. That or maybe Obito talking to Naruto, not him, but I digress. -Obito dies as a man. Well, in pieces, but nevertheless, a man. -Black Zetsu wants to party for the demise of Obito. -Naruto cuts Kaguya's arm, which got people screaming. The reactions from others will be interesting, priceless, and joyful. *Looks at Sasuke* -Obito and Rin are reunited, leaving a good note. Tears flow. -Like Obito: Play any sad song. Dislike Obito: Play any victory song. As for me, I played a sad one. This chapter I really like a lot and I was happy to see him to go the way he did. The last action page was just awesome. Don't mess with Naruto. Next week, if the preview is accurate, time to see one hell of a beatdown.
