a giggle comes to gunnar’s lips, the irony of the question not lost on him as they perch a few stories above the street on an otherwise inaccessible roof. their powers, though different in appearance, afforded the both of them a freedom to explore high up and hard to reach places. gunnar swings his feet off the edge of the building, smiling small. “i don’t know, shoulder-sitting perhaps? get a friend to help and if they can’t, sounds like the cave wall isn’t getting painted.” he glances at her, smile widening at his own joke before he looks back at the horizon. “maybe there were people like us back then.”
