2 years, 2 months and 6 days. That’s exactly how long it took us to meet, for the very first time. 

I had a very butterfly-in-my-stomach feeling going on when he called saying he’s landed here and is off to come to meet me, I dressed up too. Obviously. But to my surprise, in that extraordinary moment, the emotion that was felt at the highest peak was of calmness, safety and feeling secure. I finally had what i waited for all this while.
