If the National Archives (NARA) believes that it cannot present fair, complete, balanced and accurate public history – because they believe they must rely on the private, partisan foundations to provide such exhibits, and because those foundations are not interested in presenting fair, complete, balanced and accurate exhibits – then NARA should not be in the public history business at all, should it?
