Today we went to Monument Valley. I really have no words for this out of world place. It seemed to me that everything in the States has a queue. Everywhere you go, anything you want to see, you’ll hit on a wall of tourists. There are people everywhere. We spent 40 minutes finding a parking space at the Grand Canyon. But not here. I finally found peace here. We arrived right after finishing listening to Lethal White by Robert Galbraith. Everything here seemed to stand still. Like that final scene in Boyhood where he says “It’s always right now” and then there is silence.
“ Someone once told me that there's a path for everyone. And my path leads me back to you. “— Teddy Flood (James Marsden), Westworld, Season 1: The Bicameral Mind
“Real love is always worth waiting for.”— Clementine Pennyfeather (Angela Sarafyan), Westworld, Season 1: Chestnut
“Life had taught him that a great and powerful love could be felt for the most apparently unworthy people, a circumstance that ought, after all, to give everybody consolation.” ― Robert Galbraith, Lethal White

Today I woke up early to see the sunrise from the balcony.

Days when I feel too sad to do anything I just think about how beautiful my travels lately have been, and remind myself this is only temporary.
Craving this moment again.
