At the end of the video, we see Twixxel had written this at the end of his book, something that appears like gibberish to those who only see the surface
BUT! when you read it and take each world apart, you get words, words that mean something when you take the first letter of them and put them together, also known as the NATO Code.
But Twixxel took it a step further, of course, anybody with basic knowledge of the NATO Code could easily figure it apart, so he hide it a level deeper by using the caeser cipher(?) And shifting the letters back 5 times (or 21 times forward)
Originally, the code without decrypting it, spells out:
XJSIMNRMTRJ
But when pushed through the caeser cipher, it spells out:
SENDHIMHOME
Which possibly hints to how Verity will be taken care of next video👀
