Curse of the Intertvined

A strange curse that falls upon the curious late at night when disturbing those pumpkin patches you dread getting close to. Maybe your dread is not unfounded... but, what about the owner?

A bit late for the actual holiday, but I was busy!

* There are rumors about cursed pumpkin plantations. You barely see any person where they're supposed to be, yet these pumpkins grow quickly and are harvested. * One day I sent somebody under my care to go help somebody I saw picking the pumpkins. I dropped the kid off, and I kept contact with them, although only via walkie-talkie... * They mentioned something about a very strange two-stemmed pumpkin. They told the other person they were helping that they wanted to take it home, but I heard nothing in reply from the other person. * I haven't heard anything from that kid since, either.

* Maybe I should go check things out.
