Now, I knew who the villain was pretty early on, but it really didn't even matter to me because the book was so propulsive that I couldn't stop reading. The crazy "games" and the diabolical plan were so intricate and well-thought-out, I was in awe of the planning Ms. Urban obviously had to do in setting this up. She thought of absolutely everything! I stayed up until 3am the second night of reading because I literally. Could. Not. Stop. I just had to get to the end! Now, admittedly the end wrapped up fairly tidily, but that's kind of to be expected, I think, and I'm okay with it. There's also a wee teaser that perhaps they could be a continuation of the story, and I am here for it! Basically, if you're a fan of YA thrillers, or any intricate thriller really, you should absolutely check out THESE DEADLY GAMES. Get your preorder on, or ask your library to order it!
