Had a good workout, now planning on drawing. Stomach isn't very happy though. Might need to wait a little longer after eating breakfast. It might have been because of all of the core muscles I tried to work on too. Bleh.

It's odd, I've been RPing for such a long time (since I was about 12 or 13) and for once I really don't feel a great need for it. Lately I've been moody with my current lot in life. Last week was spent drawing for characters I want to make in a comic. I know I talk about it a lot, but this is the first time I've really felt seriously motivated for. I feel a little bad for not being on either of my RP blogs, but my motivation hasn't been there. I promised myself that until I get a real job that I would treat my comic as such. Which means waking up and working on it and try not to fall into a hole. Such as spending a day naming characters that would most likely not be in it. Currently I'm drawing the second character. He's surprisingly not coming out as quickly because his clothes are annoying me for some reason. Like he's wearing a jacket/coat as well, but I chalked it up to living in one of the northern areas. In any case I'll work on it either tomorrow or Monday.
Also I want to make a tail. I touched on this lightly in my last post. I had made one black and white tail before, but I always thought it looked kinda of crummy. Mostly because it's a bit easy to spot the brown felt under the fake fur pieces. Also it's horrible in the ways of tying it to ones clothes. I'll probably never get rid of it, but I know I need something better. I think my issue is that I want a white tiger tail, but they're mostly just white with black stripes. But ehh. I might try to start that tomorrow instead of drawing and save that for Monday. Depends on my funds for buying fur and whatnot. Regardless, you guys know I'll post photos if anything turns out nice enough. For now I need to try to sleep since now my head is full of ideas.
So while in the basement putting chairs away in the new closet, I was singing and listening to music. I had been trying to ignore this overwhelming sad feel I felt at the top of the stairs before going down the second or third time. When I was passing the fridge I just started to gag and cough. If my hand wasn't on the fridge I probably would have fallen over from coughing so hard. I'm pretty sure it was just the smell from the toilet we never use, but it doesn't help when I was already thinking about my cat that passed away at the bottom of the stairs. Now I don't want to go back down there for a while.
I should really fix the colors on this damn blog. =l Blame laziness?
I know what I'm going to draw next. I don't know what it will look like or even the color, but I know what feeling it will have. Saturday night I was lucky enough to experience an emotion (or a few in one shot) that I hadn't felt before.
I love singing in the car. Nothing kills the feeling of a long trip than some good music. As a young child I got used to usually having it on more times than not. When I became older I found out how much I enjoy singing with my other half on car rides. It rarely happens, sadly, and it's usually only from one group. Nonetheless I love singing with him regardless.
On Saturday we went to a bar with karaoke since a few of us were going for X reason. Before I really knew what was going on I realized that my other half had put in a slip for a duet song. Well, not really, but since I knew the backup part I could sing it without it being on the prompt. At first I was nervous as I sat and waited. When it was our turn I still felt nervous at first. Then something in my brain just flipped a switch and I began to feel jubilant. It wasn't to hard not to overpower him with my own vocals (he is a loud person when he wishes to be.) All my worries or cares about what other people thought of he or I, and our very old chosen song went out the door. And when it was all over we received claps from everyone. I know that's the norm for places like that to clap anyway, but it felt like we really wowed them. And I wish I could feel that way again.
So with that in mind, I want to make art that can hopefully give me that emotion again. I'll probably take photos along the way just to show how I work. Since usually I just take one with black charcoal and then one when I'm done. It should be interesting (I hope!)
I need to post more art. Even if they're just doodles, I think.
One day I'll learn not to put the blanket on my lap if I don't want the cat on it.
Trying to plan for this comic and writing layouts for the page so I know where it'll go. Need to take my older brother back to work in an hour or so. So far I thought of 3pages. I wanted to think of more though. Also I started a wiki page.
