Hi! I love your headcanons <3 So I have a request.. I was thinking Xanxus with his emotional support s/o that is obsessed with cats and loves to spend time with Bester a bit too much. How does he deal with it?

Xanxus wouldn’t mind the fact that she loves to spend time with Bester as long as she doesn’t prefer the box animal over him. If she liked to have Bester around, Xanxus wouldn’t mind letting him out the box for her. Especially if he is busy with work and his s/o was bored, he would let Bester out so she could play around or cuddle with him.
Much like his owner, Bester would be fond of Xanxus’ s/o and protective if needed. Though he doesn’t enjoy other people getting too close to him or touch him, Bester doesn’t mind when Xanxus’ s/o scratches him behind the ear or if she happens to fall asleep against him.
Xanxus wouldn’t hesitate to let his s/o know if she spends too much time with the box animal or if she wants him around too much, especially during their alone time. If he didn’t feel like sharing his s/o’s attention with Bester, he would simply tell his s/o this.
